Emily attended high school at the Greater Hartford Academy of the Arts. She earned a BA in Psychology from Bay Path College and an MS in Nutrition from American University while teaching a variety of classes at Angela's Dance Studio in Windsor Locks CT. Emily uses her online platform to be an advocate for making dance education accessible to all ages and abilities. Emily is currently working with the Rhythm N' Sync Dance Team and teaches a variety of Teen Classes at Dance Progressions.​
